When You’ve Been Fully Vaccinated | CDC

Wow ….. we are finally at the point of almost back to normal…and just in time for the summer vacation season. May 13th is an important milestone in the US battle against Covid. A sure sign in the confidence that the vaccine is extremely effective in preventing the spread of the virus.

There remain some puzzling hotspots in the US – notably Colorado but the overall daily average case numbers and fatalities have been consistently improving.

The key now is for those remaining people who have not yet been vaccinated to do so quickly. I saw one news report where one city was creating a $1m lottery per week for each of the next 5 weeks – eligible for those getting the vaccine in that period! Now that’s quite the icing on the cake – a million dollar incentive to protect your health and that of society around you.
