This is a a great article. I especially like the concept of co-creation – the concept that those affected are included in the design.
Thank you for sharing Julian. I do see the importance of having a clear communication on changes to get the buy in. Emotional intelligence is a skill required to communicate changes to others . Often times there is a race between time-to-maker and go through the process to communicate the change.
