Read below: the new mask mandate came into effect on Saturday November 14th as the state hospital capacity is practically full. Only 18 free ICU hospital beds. Also note – North Dakota recently signed an emergency order allowing Doctors and Nurses with Covid- but asymptomatic to remain at work.
